Sauna

All the club members have an opportunity to visit the sauna  during the cold season.

Why?
It is a good way to fight fatigue, quickly restores physical performance, helps to lose weight, serves to prevent colds. Under its influence, there are significant positive changes in the cardiovascular, respiratory and muscular systems, microcirculation, metabolism, blood redistribution, accelerated oxidation-reduction processes, sweating and withdrawal of metabolic products, and decreased muscle tone. It promotes – improving the function of the skin, training the vessels and stimulating protective mechanisms.
